send you a confirmation quote.
Upon your approval of the
confirmation order quote and
receipt of 50% prepayment,
we will place the order in the
production line. Sorry, no
credit cards or COD. Delivery
can be made to your
production facility or to the job
site (pallet). Please include a
contact name and number for
delivery service.
Delivery should be expected in
three weeks. During hurricane
season, please allow an
additional two weeks, due to
seasonal demand.

Terms of Sale:
1. All prices are F.O.B. 60434 (Chicago Area).
2. All orders are processed only with a 50% pre-payment
3. Balance of payment due and payable 10 days after receipt of Hurricane Panels
4. 10% will be added after 30 days of delivery
5. Custom sized orders may not be returned for credit.
6. A 20% processing fee will be applied to all returned orders of 12", 16", 24", 32" and 48"
widths
7. No material may be returned for credit without written approval of Shutter Systems, Inc.
8. Prices subject to change without notice. All order conformations given prior to price
increases will be honored.
